36-year-old Elizabeth Hurley, British star of such films as Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery and Bedazzled and the former face of Estee Lauder, has announced Thursday that she is expecting her first child in April, spokeswoman Karin Smith said.
The father-to-be is Hurley‘s American boyfriend, Stephen Bing, a Hollywood producer and the grandson of millionaire New York real estate magnate Leo Bing.
Greeting the throngs of reporters outside her London home Friday, Hurley told the reporters she was “feeling great” and had not yet suffered “too much” from morning sickness, according to the BBC News.
Hurley‘s more notable relationship was with British actor, Hugh Grant. The couple split in May of last year after 13 years together. The pair have remained very close friends, however, and Grant was reported to have visited Hurley a few hours after she made her public announcement about the impending birth.
Hurley, a U.K. resident, and Bing, who lives in the U.S., have had an on-off relationship and have no plans to marry at this time.
