The Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam star was treated for multiple fractures and broken bones in his right leg after losing control of his bike in Malibu last month (26May11).
He underwent multiple surgeries at the UCLA Medical Center and has now been ruled well enough to be discharged.
Finley, who is using a wheelchair as he cannot yet walk on his own, will continue daily treatment at home as part of his “extensive” physical therapy, reports TMZ.com.
