Fleiss, who had been using the base for her dog grooming business, was served with an eviction notice by her landlord on 21 November (11) after reportedly failing to make her monthly payments.
However, Tom Sizemore’s ex-girlfriend tells TMZ.com she closed the firm and moved out earlier this year (11).
The landlord has also taken issue with the state of the property. Fleiss blames the mess on a friend, who reportedly wreaked havoc on the place.
