Former New Order star Peter Hook selling off collectables for charity

Former New Order star Peter Hook is clearing out his closets and selling off his memorabilia collection to raise cash for charity.
The bassist’s haul includes guitars, signed Joy Division lyric sheets and even the boardroom table from the Factory Records offices in Manchester, England.
The items will go under the hammer next month (Mar19), with a portion of the proceeds benefiting charities like CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) and The Epilepsy Society.
Hot collectibles also include gig tickets from shows by Led Zeppelin and David Bowie – and from the Sex Pistols’ infamous show at Manchester’s Lower Free Trade Hall.
The auction will take place at the Radisson hotel on Peter Street, Manchester on 2 March.
