The I Am Legend director jumped to direct Catching Fire, the second film in the franchise, when Gary Ross stepped down after bringing The Hunger Games to the big screen last year (12) – and now he has been confirmed for the final movies.
Lionsgate executives have booked Lawrence for Mockingjay Part 1 and Part 2. Lawrence is currently shooting Catching Fire in Atlanta, Georgia. The film will hit theatres in November, 2013.
