Actor Frank Sivero has filed a lawsuit against a California deli owner for allegedly using his picture to promote a sandwich. The Goodfellas star visited Deli Belly in El Cajon in March (14), when he posed for photographs with fans.
Sivero claims the owner used one of the snaps on his website to promote a sandwich named after his character Frankie Carbony in the 1990 film.
The deli owner has yet to respond to the suit, but has reportedly stopped using the picture, according to TMZ.com.
