Frozen soundtrack becomes first film album in a decade to top U.S. charts for four weeks

The Frozen soundtrack has become the first film music collection to score four weeks at the top of the U.S. album chart in over a decade. The compilation has kept the Grammy Nominees collection off the top of the Billboard 200, becoming the first film-related release to pick up four weeks at number one since the Bad Boys II soundtrack in 2003.
The Frozen album has now sold over 860,000 copies since its release in December (13).
Meanwhile, Lorde’s double win at the Grammys gave her a boost on the countdown – her Pure Heroine album jumps up two spots to three – and Of Mice & Men debut Restoring Force at four.
Beyonce rounds out the new top five with her self-titled December (13) release.
