Gal Gadot and Cardi B land Shorty Awards nominations

Gal Gadot, Tiffany Haddish, and Cardi B are among the nominees for this year’s Shorty Awards.
The 10th annual event, which honours the best in social media, will feature gender neutral categories for the first time this year.
Gadot and Haddish will battle against fellow actors Ansel Elgort, Busy Phillips, Elisabeth Moss, Terry Crews, and Tracee Ellis Ross, while breakout rapper Cardi B is up for Best in Music alongside singers including John Mayer, Kesha, Khalid, and SZA.
Meanwhile, the casts of hit TV series 13 Reasons Why, black-ish, The Handmaid’s Tale, and This is Us are up for Best TV Show, while Amber Rose, Donald Glover, Erykah Badu, Jordan Peele, Mia Farrow, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, and others will compete for Best Celebrity.
The prizegiving will take place on 15 April (18) at the Playstation Theater in New York City.
