The former NYPD Blue star has portrayed Hanna Linden, a senior partner at fictional law firm Infeld-Daniels, since the show’s inception in 2011, but she recently learned her character would no longer feature on the programme, which centres around titular lawyers played by Breckin Meyer and Mark-Paul Gosselaar.
Breaking the news to fans on Twitter.com, she writes, “I just found out that I’m not being asked back (to Franklin & Bash)… Stunned.”
But Beauvais insists she isn’t bitter about the lost job – because she has a busy few months ahead with other new roles, including a stint on the upcoming new season of cult comedy Arrested Development.
