George Clooney is gearing up for an incredibly busy month, but insists he’s “prepared” for two major events in his life.
The 54-year-old actor attended the premiere of his new movie Hail, Caesar! alongside his stunning wife in Los Angeles on Monday night (01Feb16), but it was Amal who took centre stage at the Regency Theater. The human rights lawyer was dressed to impress in a flared white dress with red floral embellishments, perfectly complemented with a slick of bright red lipstick.
George opted for a more casual look in a charcoal trouser suit and black polo neck, and couldn’t keep his hands off his wife as they walked the red carpet.
The dashing Hollywood heartthrob has an incredibly busy month coming up, with Amal’s 38th birthday on Wednesday (03Feb16) and Valentine’s Day just over a week later (14Feb16). But George has a couple of tricks up his sleeve for the events, telling E! News: “I’m ready for it, I’m prepared!”
George finally took himself off the market when he wed Amal in September 2014. Following their nuptials, the actor has continued to express his love for his spouse, admitting she makes him happier than he ever thought he could be.
“I’m a much happier person and we have a very happy life,” George told Harper’s Bazaar magazine. “We enjoy many of the same things and I very much enjoy the projects that she takes on because they have real consequence.
“I have someone who I can talk to about anything and someone who I care more about than I’ve cared about anybody.”
Amal also has some definite thoughts on her favourite of George’s films, labelling Good Night, and Good Luck as her top pick and Gravity as her last.
It remains to be seen what she thinks of his latest offering, which is directed by the Coen brothers. Hail, Caesar! also stars Channing Tatum, who attended the Los Angeles premiere alongside his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum.
