Glee star Darren Criss to preview debut album on first tour

Glee star Darren Criss is heading out on his first solo tour as he gears up to unveil his debut album. The singer/actor is kicking off his 16-date Listen Up trek on 29 May (13), in San Francisco, California, and he’s promised to preview a handful of new tracks at each of his concerts.
A statement from the star reads, “I couldn’t think of a better way to spend the summer than being on the road and doing live shows. I wanted to do something bigger than what I’ve done before – more cities and new music. It’s a real opportunity for me to connect with all the people who’ve supported me through the years, as well as a chance to get new folks excited. It’s gonna be a party for everyone!”
In 2010, Criss released a digital EP, Human, which peaked at number 17 on Billboard’s Top Heatseekers chart in the U.S.
