The annual ceremony, which celebrates productions and performers both on and off-Broadway, will see Goldberg take home an award for her contribution to theatre following her successful turns producing both Sister Act and White Noise.
Four-time Tony Award winner Minnelli will receive a prize for her distinguished achievement in musical theatre, reports Variety.com.
The Producers director/choreographer Susan Stroman will also accept the Julia Hansen Award for directing at the New York event on 20 May (11).
