Rapper Gucci Mane has been sentenced to serve two years behind bars after reaching a plea deal in his gun possession case. The Icy hitmaker, real name Radric Davis, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on Tuesday (13May14), in relation to two separate incidents in September (13), when cops found Davis, who was a felon at the time, in possession of a firearm and marijuana.
The charge carried a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, but he’s only expected to receive 39 months – minus 10 months credit for time served – under the plea deal, according to TMZ.com.
