The catwalk beauty was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated in August last year (10) and she has agreed to carry out community service ahead of her upcoming sentencing hearing.
The 33 year old was driving through East Hampton, New York last week when her car was pulled over by police and she was quizzed on suspicion of driving without a valid licence.
The police report, obtained by New York Post gossip column Page Six, reveals that at the time of the traffic stop, she told officers “that she was on her way to community service and paying for taxis was too expensive.”

Hall is due back in court to face sentencing for the original DWI charge in May (11).
