Pop star Harry Styles was desperate to return to his family home during a break in One Direction’s world tour after struggling with ill health for several weeks. The band took to the stage at London’s 02 Arena last Sunday (08Jun14) and enjoyed a five-day gap between their next show in Stockholm, Sweden.
And Styles admitted he couldn’t wait for some home comforts after being struck down with a nasty bug throughout the band’s recent shows.
He tells Britain’s The Sun on Sunday, “I’ve had to stop drinking altogether because I’ve been sick. Every time I nearly kick my illness it comes back again.
“It’s still been amazing coming home, even though I’ve been sick. Mum came to the show then we went straight home.”
