The Austin Powers star has enjoyed several high-profile relationships, including romances with Notting Hill actor Hugh Grant, businessman Arun Nayar, and her current love affair with Australian cricket ace Shane Warne.
But she is adamant men remained a mystery to her throughout her adult life – until her son gave her an uncensored insight into the male psyche.
She tells The Sunday Times Style magazine, “Now I’m learning about boys. I think I’ve learnt much more about men through my son. And it’s not flattering, to be honest. I hadn’t realised how simple they are. I mean just basic, simple needs. Since I’ve seen that, a lot of things have fallen into place about them.”
