Ice-T and Coco Austin to lose $400,000 on penthouse

Ice-T and Coco are set to lose $400,000 (£280,000) after slashing the price of their million dollar New Jersey penthouse.
The couple is preparing to take a hit on the 2,000-square-foot apartment, which is featured in their E! reality show Ice Loves Coco.
Actor and rapper Ice, real name Tracy Marrow, and his wife Coco are new parents to baby daughter Chanel, four months.
However, the doting parents have had to drop the price on their two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment which they bought in 2005 for $1.5 million (£1 million). They initially listed it last year (15) for $1.1 million (£780,000) but were forced to cut the price again when it was relisted this week (ends08Apr16), down another $101,000 (£71,000) to $1 million (£700,000).
The penthouse includes a two-storey living area, Brazilian cherry floors, and a tough black onyx kitchen floor with matching counter tops, plus a marble master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
Floor-to-ceiling windows with views of New York City and the apartment’s proximity to the Big Apple is one of the things that attracted Coco to the New Jersey home: “Number one is you’re so close to the city,” Coco previously told E! News. “It’s less money than Manhattan and it’s 10 minutes away, but you’re not paying to live in the city. It’s less taxes.”
She added, “I need land around me. I need space. In New York, you don’t have any space.”
