Jade Thirlwall ‘good on her own’ after split from Jed Elliott

Little Mix singer Jade Thirlwall isn’t worried about finding herself a new boyfriend following her split from Jed Elliott.
The 26-year-old singer and Jed, who is bassist with rock band The Struts, called time on their relationship earlier this month (Jul19) after three years of dating. But the 26-year-old singer has no intention of rushing into a new romance, telling Britain’s Daily Star newspaper she’s more than happy to make the most of her new single status.
“I am good on my own, I am doing me,” she smiled. “I can’t be a**ed. I’ve got no game, I’ve got absolutely no game. I am just surrounded by games all the time.
“That’s where I am happy, that’s my life. I am happy with that.”
Another thing that might prevent Jade from finding herself a new man is the fact she “only go(es) to gay bars, I only have gay friends and my girls.”
Musicians often turn their love splits into inspiration for songs, but given that Jade and Jed parted on good terms, she won’t be following in the footsteps of stars such as Adele and Lewis Capaldi.
“We wrote a ballad today, but it’s hard at the minute because all of the girls are happy,” she laughed. “I didn’t have like a horrible break-up it was a nice one.”
All of Jade’s bandmates are in happy relationships – Perrie Edwards is dating soccer star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Jesy Nelson is with reality star Chris Hughes, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock is dating soccer player Andre Gray.
