Jamelia injures foot after The Voice of Ireland victory

British pop star Jamelia is sporting a bandaged foot after cutting herself in a freak accident on Sunday (29Apr13) as she celebrated victory on TV contest The Voice Of Ireland. The Thank You hitmaker has been serving as a judge on the Irish version of the popular reality show, and she was overjoyed when her contestant, Keith Hanley, was named the winner of the series.
However, her celebrations were halted when she cut her foot while getting dressed.
Jamelia uploaded photographs to her Twitter.com page showing her bloodied Christian Louboutin high heel and her bandaged foot, tweeting, “Q (question): How does the winning coach on the Voice of Ireland celebrate?! A (answer): By cutting her foot open on a pair of dungarees!
“Mr Keith Hanley…The Voice Of Ireland! So happy for you, has been a pleasure. Can’t walk…but I feel like I’m flying…Currently completely over the moon… And I would like to stay here for the foreseeable future!”
