The star, who dated Keira Knightley, took time off late last year (Nov12) after hurting himself and he recently underwent an operation to treat the injury.
Dornan reveals he hated resting at home as he had nothing to do but watch reality TV shows, telling Britain’s Elle magazine, “I can’t even go out for a run. I’ve subjected myself to Celebrity Come Dine With Me for two days in a row.”
He added in a post on Twitter.com, “Stuck on my sofa due to injury… I need help… kill me!”
