Actor Patrick Stewart, that 60-year-old “Star Trek” icon, made it official over the weekend by getting hitched to longtime fiancee Wendy Neuss. “Star Trek: The Next Generation” co-star Brent Spiner served as Jean-Luc Picard’s best man at the ceremony Saturday in the City of Angels.
The couple met on the set of “Star Trek,” where Neuss, 39, served as a production assistant.
Stewart, who this summer starred in the blockbuster “X-Men,” was previously married to choreographer Sheila Falconer. The couple was wed from 1966 to 1990 and has two children, Daniel and Sophie.
There was no word on where the newlyweds plan to honeymoon.
A safe bet, though, is not in outer space.
