The busty blonde was taken into custody by police after crashing her car into a lamppost in Orange County, California in May (12) and she was hit with three misdemeanours for DUI, having a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher and driving a motor vehicle with a suspended licence.
However, Jameson is determined to fight the allegations and her lawyer entered the plea on the star’s behalf during a court hearing on Wednesday (25Jul12). Jameson, 38, did not attend.
A pre-trial hearing has been set for 16 August (12). Jameson faces up to a year behind bars if convicted.
