Jennifer Lawrence visits sick children in Kentucky hospital

Actress Jennifer Lawrence kicked off her Christmas holiday by spending time with sick children at a hospital in Kentucky. The Hunger Games star visited Kosair Children’s Hospital in her hometown of Louisville on Sunday (22Dec13).
The 23 year old took pictures with several children and posed for a group photo with hospital staff members.
After her visit, the medical employees thanked Lawrence for coming to the hospital.
In a message to Lawrence on Twitter.com, staff wrote, “Thank you for visiting the kids yesterday. We know it meant a lot to them and brightened their day.”
