Jennifer Lopez gushed about how happy she is with boyfriend Alex Rodriguez as the pair celebrated their anniversary as a couple on Saturday night (03Feb18).
The 48-year-old singer is no stranger to failed romances, having been married three times before – to Ojani Noa, Cris Judd, and Marc Anthony. But it seems Jennifer may have finally found “the one” in Alex, judging by her excitement as the pair marked a milestone in their relationship over the weekend.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight ahead of her 2018 DirecTV Now Super Saturday Night Concert, Jennifer smiled: “What was I doing one year ago today? I was with Alex. We had just met and, you know, it was good. It was a good night.”
Adding that her life has changed for the better since meeting the former baseball player, she added: “It’s crazy. We both are so happy about our lives right now and where we’re at professionally, as well as personally. You know. Just things seem to be flowing in a really beautiful way. We both have a lot of support for each other and a lot of love for each other.
“So much has changed in a year in a sense for us, for each of us individually. And we’re just really happy. It’s a good time.”
However, mother-of-two Jennifer insisted she doesn’t foresee another trip down the aisle anytime soon.
Asked if wedding bells are looming, the On The Floor star replied: “Listen, we just had our little one year moment and we’re really happy with that right now.”
Later in the evening, as she took to the stage at The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jennifer dedicated the song Us to Alex Rodriguez, telling him and the crowd: “We’ve been together for one year today. I don’t want to get all mushy or anything, but baby this song’s for you. I love you.”
