Jesse Williams and Estranged Wife Reach Child and Spousal Support Agreement

Jesse Williams has reportedly reached a temporary settlement with his estranged wife over child and spousal support payments.

The Grey’s Anatomy star has been locked in a bitter divorce battle with Aryn Drake-Lee ever since he filed papers to end their nearly five-year marriage in April (17). According to TMZ, Lee recently filed legal papers indicating Williams had agreed to pay her $100,000 for spousal and child support and $60,000 for lawyer’s fees and other costs.

He will reportedly pay her in three installments from his salary from the hit medical drama.

The spousal and child support payment news comes weeks after the couple reportedly agreed to joint custody of its two children.

As part of the terms of the agreement, the couple will reportedly make decisions about the health and welfare of the kids together. They also reportedly agreed not to introduce any new romantic partners to the children until they have been dating for at least six months, and to not make disparaging remarks about one another in front of the kids.

In August (17), Aryn launched a bid for sole custody of the pair’s daughter Sadie and son Maceo after complaining about Jesse’s “wild” behavior. She claimed the actor had flown into a violent rage and threatened his neighbor’s life in an argument over a traffic incident, in front of the children.

She also alleged that Jesse, who has been romantically linked to actress Minka Kelly, had exposed their children to a “revolving door” of women. Jesse blasted Aryn’s allegations as one-sided, claiming she is the one with the temper. He also alleged the sole custody grab was an attempt to punish him for working to provide for their family.
