Jessica Alba re-teams with Kevin Connolly for second film project

Jessica Alba is reuniting with actor-turned-director Kevin Connolly for a second film after signing on to lead the cast in The Wright Girls. The pals recently completed work on independent drama Dear Eleanor, and now they are set to get back together for the Entourage star’s third outing as filmmaker.
The Wright Girls, about two sitcom co-stars and roommates who go to war over a coveted movie role, is inspired by Japanese film 2LDK, which was released in 2003.
In a statement, Connolly writes, “I’m excited for the opportunity to work with Jessica again and re-imagine this great story for a new audience.”
Production is due to begin in Los Angeles later this year (14).
