The 12 Rounds star moved to end his three-year marriage to his high school sweetheart Elizabeth Huberdeau last week (10May12), claiming their union was “irretrievably broken”.
But his ex is questioning the divorce filing because he wrongly refers to her by her maiden name and not her legal name of Elizabeth Cena, thereby failing to bring “a proper dissolution of marriage action” against her, reports TMZ.com.
She has also pointed out that the sportsman-turned-Hollywood leading man failed to attach a copy of their prenuptial agreement, which he refers to in the court papers. She has also challenged Cena’s claim that they have no marital property.
