The jury in actor Robert Blake‘s murder trail spent three hours deliberating
their verdict yesterday without reaching a final decision–but they
made no request to review any testimonies or evidence.
Former Baretta TV star Blake has not been present in the Los Angeles court since his lawyer M. Gerald Schwartzbach wrapped up the trial with his closing
speech on Friday.
Schwartzbach added Blake will not be present during jury deliberations
“unless he has to”.

The 71-year-old has pleaded not guilty to the murder of Bonny Lee Bakley, who
was shot to death in a parked car outside the actor’s favorite Italian
restaurant in Studio City, California, in May 2001.
