Ricky Wilson’s Kaiser Chiefs bandmates have urged the singer not to sign up for a second season on reality TV show The Voice Uk. The I Predict A Riot star joined the show as a coach earlier this year (14) alongside Sir Tom Jones, will.i.am and Kylie Minogue.
Wilson admitted his fellow bandmembers were not keen on his decision to join a mainstream TV show, and now guitarist Andrew White has admitted he hopes Wilson will turn down a second stint in the spinning red chairs.
White tells Q Magazine, “Hopefully he won’t. He doesn’t need to.”
Minogue has already confirmed she will not appear in another series of the show.
