The couple, its one-year-old son Bing and the Almost Famous star’s child with ex-husband Chris Robinson, eight-year-old Ryder, will spend the day playing in the snow and enjoying sweet treats.
And the 33 year old admits it will be a star-studded affair – besides the Muse musician and her mother Hawn, the Oscar winner’s partner Kurt Russell and her former Dawson’s Creek star brother Oliver Hudson will also be there.
She says, “The whole family comes – my brothers and all of the kids. At some point during Christmas, we all get together and do that. The kids ice skate and people drink hot cocoa. We’re a super traditional Christmas family. Mum and I decorate the house. We make snowmen – it’s kind of magical.”
And the busy mum just hopes her family likes their gifts – because she started shopping in October (12): “My gift-giving is very personal, so I start really early, usually around October. I love making gifts or finding just the right thing for someone, so I like to give myself plenty of time.”
