Keegan-Michael Key is engaged to marry his producer girlfriend Elisa Pugliese.
The Friends From College star’s representative confirmed the engagement to E! News after they published a report on Monday (13Nov17).
It is thought the Key & Peele comedian began dating the Boy Meets Girl producer in 2016, months after he filed for divorce from his wife Cynthia Blaise on New Year’s Eve 2015. They had been married for almost 17 years before they separated that November.
Earlier this year, Blaise filed documents to request spousal support from Key, claiming she had been left in financial ruin since the split because she’s had to give up her career due to serious health issues such as depression, anxiety, hair and weight loss – all caused by their divorce, according to TMZ.com.
She apparently wanted their assets to be fairly split and her attorney fees to be covered.
