Kelly Osbourne does not want to raise kids in America

Kelly Osbourne has no plans to raise her children in her adopted home of America, insisting that she is not a fan of the accent. The star, who is a commentator on U.S. reality show Fashion Police, announced her engagement to vegan baker Matthew Mosshart this week (begs15Jul13), and although the couple eventually wants children, they will most likely be brought up in her native England.
She tells Us Weekly magazine, “I don’t mean this in a disrespectful way. I love America… but I couldn’t stand for my child to call me Mom!”
Osbourne admits she is no rush to start a family with Mosshart after suffering a seizure on the set of her hit show in March (13).
She explains, “I don’t think we can plan it. Considering my health scares, it’s not something I’m rushing into. I don’t know if I’m epileptic or not – it’s a waiting game.”
Osbourne’s brother, Jack Osbourne, had a daughter last year (12) with American wife Lisa Stelly and she is being raised in California.
