Kelsey Grammer’s ex-wife wins restraining order against former boyfriend

Actor Kelsey Grammer’s ex-wife Camille has been granted a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, alleging he left her bruised and battered following a hotel room fight. In her declaration, obtained by TMZ.com, the reality TV star claims her former lover, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, attacked her after receiving an early-morning text and a phone call from a screaming woman.
Grammer claims her ex grabbed her by the hair and pushed her head repeatedly against the bed.
She adds, “He squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing.”
She also claims Charalambopoulos wrestled her on the hotel bed, “repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture and completely immobilizing me,” while stating, “I wanna smash your head in. I’ll give you a reason to call the cops.”
Grammer insists the abuse went on for over 40 minutes and she repeatedly begged him to stop. She allegedly tried to call for help but her ex broke her iPhone.
A judge in Los Angeles has ordered Charalambopoulos to stay at least 100 yards away from Camille and her two children.
