Kerry Washington: ‘Therapy keeps me grounded’

Actress Kerry Washington relies on regular therapy sessions to help her remain grounded in Hollywood. The Django Unchained beauty’s screen career has skyrocketed since scoring roles in critically-acclaimed films like 2004’s Ray and The Last King of Scotland in 2006, and despite her hectic schedule, she insists on always making time to sit down for a chat with her psychologist to keep her sane.
She tells America’s Glamour magazine, “Friends and family, and a really good therapist (keep me grounded). You know, these things are very important… I do a lot of phone sessions.”
