Actor Kevin Dillon is battling his ex over their daughter’s private school fees.
The Entourage star insists he can’t afford to cover his daughter Ava’s tuition, and claims he’s happy with her public school.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Kevin claims he’s already living off his savings because any money he earns is going straight to former wife Jane Stuart in child and spousal support.
And now Jane believes their daughter should attend a private school in Calabasas, California.
Kevin is fighting to keep Ava in a good public school in nearby Malibu.
