Kodak Black custody and child support agreement

Rapper Kodak Black has reached a custody child support agreement with his son’s mother.
The hip hop star, real name Dieuson Octave, is co-parenting his toddler son King Khalid with his ex Jammiah Broomfield and after a contentious start to the little boy’s life, mum and dad are finally working things out.
“This was not easy to get to, but they love the kid, and he’s a cute little boy,” Broomfield’s lawyer Sarah Lawrence tells Bossip.com. “They are getting along.”
The Tunnel Vision hitmaker learned he was the father of King Khalid last year (16) and sued Broomfield for partial custody.
The terms of the new agreement have not been released, but it was put in place earlier this month (Oct17) – before the rapper was indicted on first-degree sexual assault charges on Monday (09Oct17).
The indictment stems from an incident in February, 2016, when Octave was arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Florence County, South Carolina.
Lawrence does not expect the indictment to affect the new custody agreement.
“It’s a shame (about the indictment) because ours resolved itself nicely,” the lawyer says.
