Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn have taken a hit in the property market after selling their beachfront home in Malibu, California for much less than the original price. Records obtained by RealEstalker.com show the couple first put the pad on the market in July, 2011 for $14.7 million (£9.8 million), but had to drop the price to $11.2 (£7.5 million) 10 months later.
It dipped again to just under $10 million (£6.6 million) before the end of last year (12), and now the gated four-bedroom place has sold for $9.5 million (£6.3 million).
