Kylie Jenner appears to name new lip products after Taylor Swift songs

Kylie Jenner has appeared to name one set of her new lip products after Taylor Swift songs.

The make-up maven unveiled a Valentine’s Day collection for her Kylie Cosmetics brand on her Instagram page on Thursday (24Jan19), with the range featuring The Soulmate Set, The Forever Set, and The Love Set.

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to notice that The Forever Set contained a brown liquid lipstick named Built to Last, a bronze gloss called Story of Us, and a lipliner titled Forever and Always, with the latter two names happening to be the same titles as Taylor’s songs from her 2008 album Fearless and her 2010 studio album Speak Now.

Kylie is yet to comment on whether the names were a tribute to the Reputation hitmaker’s tunes, or a mere coincidence.

Though it would be interesting if the 21-year-old was trying to make amends with Taylor, as her older half-sister Kim Kardashian insisted during a TV interview earlier this month that she was no longer feuding with the 29-year-old popstar.

Following the long-running war of words between Taylor and Kim’s rapper husband Kanye West over the inclusion of her name in his 2016 song Famous, the reality TV star claimed that the fight was finally over.

“Over it,” Kim deadpanned, adding that she hasn’t spoken to the Bad Blood star but felt as if “we’ve all moved on”.

Elsewhere in Kylie’s new Valentine’s Day-inspired collection are pink and red lip products and an eyeshadow palette complete with matte and metallic pigments.

In an accompanying campaign for the products, the mother-of-one is depicted posing in a sparkly red dress and sporting a matching red wig.
