Kylie Jenner has opened up about the secret to her post-baby weight loss.
The 21-year-old reality star gave birth to daughter Stormi last year (18), and has been hard at work to shed the last few pounds from her postpartum body.
Speaking during an Instagram Live broadcast on Tuesday (12Mar19), the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star revealed that cutting out carbs helped her return to her signature figure.
“I really eat very crazy usually. Like whatever I want,” the cosmetics mogul admitted. “Pizza, pasta, a lot of dairy. And I just kind of cut all of that out and have just been eating better. And I feel like that’s the trick for me, personally.”
The star, who shares Stormi with rapper Travis Scott, 27, confessed that despite being “naturally skinny,” she had to work hard to return to a state that she was comfortable with after giving birth.
“It’s all about diet for me. I’m naturally just a really skinny person,” she reflected. “I never felt like it went back to what it was before Stormi until recently, and I feel like it has a lot to do with diet.
“After a child, it really does take just as long to get your body back as it did to create the child.”
The reality star, who was recently named as the youngest-ever self-made billionaire, went on to share a video of herself in a crop top and leggings on her Instagram Stories, showing off her toned stomach from a variety of angles.
“I’m proud of my little stomach,” she captioned the video.
