Kylie Jenner has reportedly moved on after her split from Tyga by dating Canadian rapper PartyNextDoor.
Kylie, 18 and Tyga, 26, who began dating in 2014, split for good earlier this month (May16) after a turbulent on-off relationship.
The reality TV star is now dating another hip hop star, PartyNextDoor, real name Jahron Brathwaite, according to editors at British newspaper The Sun.
“Their relationship started quite suddenly but it just feels right,” a source tells the paper. “They are mad for each other. She doesn’t know why she wasted time with Tyga.”
The insider adds that the Kardashian family are more comfortable with Jahron, 22, dating Kylie because he is closer to her own age.
“Kylie’s family found the eight-year age gap with Tyga a bit weird, especially as they got together before she turned 18 last year (15),” the source adds. “PartyNextDoor is much better as he’s only four years older than her.”
PartyNextDoor and Kylie have known each other for a number of years, and she and her sister Kendall appeared in the video for his 2014 collaboration with Drake – Recognize.
However the first evidence their friendship may have developed into a romance came last week (beg09May16), when Jahron posted a picture to Instagram showing himself comparing diamond watches with Kylie, captioned, “Diamond battles with @kyliejenner.”
The post elicited a response from Tyga who quickly posted a picture of his arm covered in diamond encrusted jewelry also captioned, “Diamond battles” to the photo sharing site.
Kylie appears to be splashing the cash at the moment, as in addition to flashing her bling on social media she’s been spotted driving a new $275,000 (£190,770) red Rolls Royce around Los Angeles. The luxurious new ride joins a fleet of cars including the $260,000 (£180,370) Ferrari convertible Tyga bought Kylie for her 18th birthday.
Her new beau was previously linked to the singer Kehlani, 21, who attempted suicide in March (16) after a photo of her lying on a bed with Jahron sparked rumours that she had cheated on her basketball star boyfriend Kyrie Irving.
