Heidi Klum’s ex-boyfriend Vito Schnabel is facing drug charges following an arrest earlier this month (Sep17).
Schnabel was arrested and charged with a felony count of distribution and manufacture of a controlled substance on 3 September (17) after he was caught in possession of recreational drug Psilocybin, also known as mushrooms, at the Burning Man Festival in California.
The 31-year-old has pleaded not guilty and is facing up to five years in prison if convicted, according to TMZ.
