Liam Gallagher still doing drugs at 45

Liam Gallagher has confessed he is still taking drugs despite reaching middle-age.
The former Oasis frontman, 45, and his estranged brother Noel, 50, were notorious for his rock star excess in the band’s 1990s heyday, with the siblings admitting to frequently using cocaine.
He says that as he’s got older he’s had to rein in some of his behaviour to protect his voice – but still indulges his wild side when not on tour or recording.
Asked if he still takes drugs in an interview with Australian website Junkee, Liam said, “Not as much as I’d like to, no. Because I’ve gotta do this singing now so it takes its toll on the voice and that. But when I get a bit of downtime, I’m gonna go in hard.”
The rocker admits that as a result of his rock and roll habits, he can’t take a strict approach to parenting with his sons Lennon, 18, and Gene, 16.
“Nah, I ain’t got a leg to stand on,” he explains. “I do drugs. So when they come and do drugs I can’t say, ‘don’t do drugs’.”
Confessing that his kids tend to ignore his attempts at discipline, the twice divorced star adds, “With girls and kids and women and f**king divorces and all that s**t, and getting into scraps and not speaking to your brother, when I turn around to my two boys I go, ‘youse (you) two, stop arguing and get on with each other’ they turn around and go ‘oh f**k off, look how you speak to your brother’. So I haven’t got a leg to stand on. But later on in life, they can come to me because I’ve done pretty much… I’ve done quite a few a things.”
Liam looked to have made up with Noel over Christmas after a bitter feud lasting nearly a decade, tweeting that he and his brother were “all good again”.
However, he has since ended their truce by claiming his sibling’s new album is full of “s**t songs” in an interview with British music magazine Q and insulting him on social media.
