Lil Wayne asking judge to dismiss unpaid jet fees lawsuit -report

Rapper LIL WAYNE is reportedly asking a Florida judge to dismiss a $1 million (£625,000) lawsuit against him over unpaid private jet fees.
Executives at The Signature Group filed suit against Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter, Jr., and his Young Money Entertainment partners last year (14), claiming the rapper failed to pay $1 million in jet fees.
They also claimed Carter requested to have a satellite phone, custom bed and medical equipment installed into the jet as part of an agreement to lease the plane.
However, the 32 year old insists he paid for all the upgrades and never signed an agreement to hand over $55,000 (£34,375)-a-month in landing and maintenance fees.
He is asking for the lawsuit to be dismissed, according to TheJasmineBrand.com.
