Actress Lily Rabe has been cast as Dick Cheney’s daughter in Adam Mckay’s new biopic.
The American Horror Story star will play Liz Cheney, who is now a Republican Representative for the Congress.
Christian Bale will portray former Vice President Cheney in the film, which will chronicle his rise as a businessman at multinational corporation Halliburton after avoiding military service in the Vietnam War, to becoming former President George W. Bush’s sidekick.
The movie, which is currently in production, also features Sam Rockwell as President Bush, Bill Pullman as Gerald Ford’s Vice President Nelson Rockefeller, Steve Carell as two-time U.S. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Amy Adams as Lynne Cheney, and Tyler Perry as former Secretary of State Colin Powell.
Brad Pitt and Will Ferrell are among the project’s producers.
