Way to go, Oprah! You can have as many candy grams as you want! The talk show queen turned network head honcho has nabbed the first exclusive sit-down interview with Lindsay Lohan when the actress is released from rehab later this summer.
But that’s not all. Oprah has also snagged Lohan for an eight-episode docu-series that will follow Lilo as she tries to get her career back on track and stay out of trouble. The 27-year-old is currently serving a 90-day court-mandated stint in rehab; even though she switched facilities, her treatment is expected to be completed on July 31.
So when can we watch the new series and Oprah’s heart-to-heart with Lohan? An OWN spokesperson revealed to EW, “OWN will air an exclusive interview with Oprah and Lindsay Lohan that will tape and air in August and an eight-part documentary series with Lindsay for 2014.” Who else is already planning the snacks for their weekly viewing parties?!
