Lucy Liu is likely to appear in only four episodes of Ally McBeal next season, the New York Daily News reported Monday, citing a source close to the show. Liu, who the newspaper says has a reputation for being difficult, reportedly wants to concentrate on trying to advance her career in motion pictures. She appeared last year as one of Charlie’s Angels, and was said to have clashed repeated with costar Bill Murray. “David [Kelly, producer of McBeal] can’t wait to get rid of her,” the Daily News‘ source said.
