Lohan missed nine alcohol classes

Cheryl Marshall, the co-owner of Right On Programs, Inc., told the Los Angeles court Lohan came up with excuses that were “endless and disrespectful”.

The explanations the troubled actress gave for not attending classes ranged from missing flights to promoting a clothing line.

Marshall said Lohan also called to excuse herself, claiming her uncle had died and she had to fly to New York – the week before the Mean Girls star flew to Cannes, France in May (10).

The probation hearing will continue on Tuesday afternoon, when Judge Marsha Revel is expected to rule whether or not Lohan will remain free on probation.
