Louis Tomlinson: ‘I want to be a reality TV judge’

ONE DIRECTION star LOUIS TOMLINSON hopes to one day become a judge on the TV talent show that gave him his big break.
The singer was recently tipped to take over from music manager Louis Walsh on Simon Cowell’s U.K. TV show The X Factor, the competition which brought Tomlinson together with his One Direction bandmates in 2010.
He has now revealed he was too busy for the job, which eventually went to U.K. radio presenter Nick Grimshaw, but he would love to take on a judging role in the future.
Tomlinson tells British radio station Key 103, “I’d love to judge but as it stands we’re working on this next record and we’ve got to sort that out, so until I’ve done that I’ll wait and see… It’s always been a side of the work that’s really interested me and The X Factor in particular, you can’t deny the opportunity that it gave to us boys and for that reason I’ll always be fascinated with the process and the chances it can give to people.”
