Reality TV star Luann De Lesseps has completed her stint in an alcohol treatment center.
The Real Housewives of New York City star announced she was seeking treatment last month (Dec17) after being arrested by police in Palm Beach, Florida, on Christmas Eve (24Dec17).
De Lesseps, 52, was detained and accused of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest, and battery on a law enforcement officer after she was discovered trespassing in a hotel room with an unidentified man, according to a police report. The pair had entered the wrong room at the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach and they refused to leave.
According to the report, de Lesseps “shoved” a police officer who responded to the scene and “slammed” the bathroom door on his forehead. She was released 10 hours later, and took to Twitter to apologize for her behavior.
She subsequently checked herself into rehab, but she has now completed her stay.
“It’s good to be home,” she wrote on Twitter on Tuesday (23Jan18). “I’m doing great. Spending time with friends and family. Thanking everyone for your continued good wishes and support.”
