Cheryl Pickenback claims she was touching up one of the actors during a shoot in Illinois when she fell after walking across a set piece that was made to look like rubble.
The professional was reportedly forced to seek medical care and surgical consultations as a result, and now she is seeking unspecified damages from the movie’s producers at Warner Bros., Legendary Pictures and Third Act Pictures due to their neglect to insure proper safety precautions on the premises.
The papers were filed in Illinois state court last month (Dec12), according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The superhero movie, which is set to be released in June (13), stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams and Russell Crowe.
